Diplomas and certificates.
Certified translation of academic documents required for the recognition of qualifications, enrolment at a foreign university or employment abroad. The translation is prepared by a sworn court interpreter, with a seal and signature recognised by the competent authorities.
Recognition, enrolment and employment.
A certified translation of a diploma or certificate is almost always required for the recognition of a foreign educational qualification, enrolment at a foreign university, a job application or a professional competition, and before embassies and competent authorities. Certification guarantees that the translation fully corresponds to the original.
Academic documents.
We translate and certify the full range of educational documentation, with consistent names of courses, grades and institutions across all documents.
Apostille, languages and deadline.
We do not obtain Apostilles and do not determine the order of certifications; please check what is required, and in what order, with the institution receiving the document. The full procedure is described on the certified translations page.
Faithful to the original, not a conversion.
A certified translation renders your diploma exactly as issued: grades stay on the original scale, academic titles keep their source form, and the names of schools and universities are translated with the original designation retained alongside.
The interpreter does not convert a Croatian 'vrlo dobar' into a British classification, because equivalence is decided by the recognition authority, not by the translation.
That distinction matters when you submit the file. Recognition bodies and admissions offices compare the certified translation against the original, so both are usually filed together, often with the diploma supplement and transcript translated to match.
Ask the receiving institution for its exact list of documents before ordering, then send everything in a single batch.
