Business documents.
Certified translation of business and registration documentation for international business, tenders and company formation.
Tenders, registration and bids.
A certified translation of business documents is required when founding or registering a company abroad, for public tenders and competitive bids, opening accounts, due diligence, and before registry and tax authorities.
Registration and corporate documentation.
We translate business documents with consistent terminology and the format prescribed for official use.
Financial and legal translations.
For statements and banking documentation see financial translations, and for contracts and legal acts see legal translations. General certification procedure: certified translations.
Preparing your documentation for certification.
For a quote, clear scans or photographs of the complete documents are sufficient: every page is taken into account, including annexes, schedules and pages bearing stamps.
If a court register extract will be filed abroad, request a current version first, since receiving registries often reject extracts issued months earlier. If anything is unclear, check with the body you are submitting to before commissioning the translation.
If your company already uses established English or German names for bodies, functions or products, send them along with the documents (a previous translation or an internal glossary is enough).
The interpreter will keep that terminology consistent across the extract, the statute and any accompanying paperwork, so that the same entity never appears under two different names in your file.
