preparing documents

How to prepare your documents before sending them.

A clear scan or photograph of each document is enough for an initial assessment: every page, including the reverse side if it carries stamps or annotations.

Tell us which Slovenian institution the translation is intended for, since that determines how the translation is bound and whether you will need to show the original at any point.

It also helps to write out personal names exactly as they appear in your identity documents, particularly where Croatian and Slovenian spellings differ.

Once everything is confirmed, the appointed court interpreter prepares the certified translation with the prescribed seal, signature and binding, and we agree the method of delivery with you.
